When will you open the hotel?
The hotel remained open during Covid – we just closed the property to non hotel guests. It’s a smaller more chill crowd and our guests enjoy the privacy.
Why do I need to apply?
Even though it’s a big property and there is tons of space, it’s an intimate living arrangement and we want to ensure we all get along. Tell us a bit about yourself, your requirements and your availabilities for a video call.
What about meals?
The hotel has a sister organic farm that provides us a bunch of produce and fruit, we trade with other small farms and we grow a bunch on our own. We provide all day fresh coffee, breakfast, coconut water, and vegetarian family style dinners on a 7 day rotation.
What is the minimum stay period?
To qualify for the long term rate, you need a minimum of 2 consecutive months.
What about use of the gym and yoga space?
You’re free to use the gym and yoga space. You are required to clean your area after each use. We have a yoga teacher and fitness trainer providing daily classes.
I’m staying close by but want to come hang out/use the gym/do yoga with you?
The property and classes are exclusive to current hotel guests.
But the price on Thrilllist says $1500/month
That’s an old article from when covid first hit. Since then we’ve grown the office to include daily classes, improved the meal plan to near perfection, upgraded the wifi and cleaned up the property. Inflation has also hit the Dominican Republic, things are a lot more expensive.
