Payment Procedure for our Packages/ Retreats and Camps:
A 25% deposit is required to hold your space, with the remainder due on arrival.
Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to other bookings within a year.
General:
Our posted rates are cash rates, however, we do accept international bank transfers to our Dominican Bank account, and PayPal.
Payments to the hotel must be made by bank transfer to our account in the Dominican Republic, and the amount that arrives in our account must correspond with the amount due. All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.
If you choose to pay the entire balance by PayPal, there is a 5.9% surcharge.
