This review is long overdue. I went to extreme in January after some trepidation. It worked out great, lost some weight, got fit, met some good people, ate well and... read more relaxed. I was a solo traveler which was fine.I did 2 sessions of yoga a day (never done it before) and one personal training session a day.
Jeremy pitched the training at the right level and Patricia got me into yoga. Vickie convinced me that 8.30am is not too early for exercise although Greg couldn't quite convince me to do the high wire but was an excellent dinner companion. None judged me on my Cabarete tattoo (aka motor bike burn).
Robbie's got a great hotel and excellent team in place. Not sure what else there is to say. Highly recommend to folks although it wont suit those that are spoilt, are jerks or want a Sandals hotel!. More
