Our Women’s Adventure Bootcamps are perfect for solo travelers, girlfriend getaways and even full-time moms (ask about our kids surf camps and kids circus camps to compliment your holiday).

Our Approach

Intensity & Variety
Each program is different, but we throw in a ton of activity on a daily basis, often activities you are not used to so you don’t build tolerance to them, meaning you will be constantly challenged. Our approach and programs are always varied so the results are always dramatic. Some of the workouts you might encounter during your stay with us are: Crossfit Style Training, Circuit and strength training, Adventure Hikes, TRX Training, Outdoor Functional Fitness, Plyometrics, Lifting, Boxing or Kickboxing, Yoga and more.

Our Fitness Staff

Extreme Fitness Camps are led by professionals to help you gain the Power to Perform. We are a team of athletes whose from varied backgrounds allowing new was keeping you interested and push you to your limit – on staff at any given time we might have professional Surfers, Kiteboarders, Cheerleaders, Yogis, Circus Performers, MMA fighters and athletes. Get ready to meet a team of health-nuts here to share our passions with you.

Depending on your desires you might be kiting, surfing, learning the trapeze or taking yoga classes. We also offer one-off activities such as visiting the 27 waterfalls, white water rafting, horseback riding, stand Up paddle tours, massages and more, all of which you can schedule with us upon arrival.

About Cabarete

Due to the active, modern community who frequents Cabarete, the town is full of healthy eating options, ecological businesses and sustainable tourism. Cabarete is home to a lively international community that supports local development through private business operations and NGO’s. The center of Cabarete is full of international restaurants, bars, live music venues and much more. We believe in living a balanced life, so for those who enjoy the nightlife as well as the day, you won’t be short of options.


Our nutrition program is pretty special, as our beachfront restaurant is supplied by our very own organic Farm (which we’ll take you on a tour of). This means we’ve always got the highest quality, freshest ingredients on hand, so you’re always getting nutrient dense meals to maximize your energy and thus, your happiness.

Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions. We can cater to vegetarians, and those on gluten and lactose restricted diets, however we unfortunately don’t have the ability to cater to vegans or raw foodies at this time.

A 50% deposit is required to hold your space. Please reserve your space by sending us an email through this site. We will provide you with the bank information where you can make a deposit – or you can pay with PayPal. Please send your deposit confirmation ASAP after your reservation is made. With a deposit confirmation, we can hold your space for up to five days, however after that we cannot hold the reservation if we have not received the funds.

Deposits are Non-Refundable but are Transferrable.

The remainder of your payment must be made within three weeks of your travel. Please inform us of any add ons you would like (such as room upgrades or taxi services) before we complete the payment of your trip.
