We believe that healthy changes can me made naturally, and that practiced regularly with the loving support, healthy changes will become long-term habits that you will take with you into the rest of your life. On our transformational holidays, you’ll learn and practice healthy eating habits, mindfulness, functional workouts and de-stressing practices, as well as how to integrate these tools into your daily life.

One: We believe everyone is an individual. Therefore, your program will be custom tailored around you – your work life, your history of fitness, your body type and your specific needs. Your initial assessment begins long before you arrive, after which our team of experts will put together a program uniquely customized to help you reach your goals.

Two: We aren’t just number crunchers here. We believe that everything about a person – including their emotional state and personal history – can affect their current lifestyle. Therefore, our approach to making positive longterm changes is holistic – our programs encompass nutrition and fitness, as well as emotional and spiritual wellbeing for real, long term changes.

Our Fitness Staff

We love what we do! We have an amazing team of certified personal trainers, yoga teachers and sports coaches, so you’re sure to find an approach that suits your style. Our Caribbean Fitness Camps are taught by collective of trainers, brought together by a common belief in that the foundations of fitness are a strong body and healthy mind. We also offer heaps of fun outdoor activities and sports courses you can add on to your package to keep your workouts fun and exciting.

Our goal is to teach you the tools to take your new lifestyle home with you. Sustainable weigh loss and long term changes requires that you have an understanding of what to do and why, so that you can maintain your new lifestyle long after you’ve left us.

Our nutrition program is pretty special, as our beachfront restaurant is supplied by our very own organic Farm. that means we’ve always got the highest quality, freshest ingredients on hand, so you’re always getting nutrient dense meals to maximize your energy and thus, your results.

Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions. We can cater to vegetarians, and those on gluten and lactose restricted diets, however we unfortunately don’t have the ability to cater to vegans or raw foodies at this time.

We don’t want to tell you it’s all going to be easy – creating change can be hard work. Weight loss doesn’t happen overnight, and bad habits aren’t kicked without a fight. That’s why we’re here for you, for whatever you might need. We’re looking for long term success, so we don’t do weigh-ins and no one is going to attack you if you have a fall back. Plus, we have a beautiful, beachfront Caribbean location, surrounded my mountains, rivers, jungles with all sorts of fun outdoor activities for you to enjoy that will keep you moving getting closer and closer to your goals.

Depending on your desires you might be kiting, surfing, learning the trapeze or taking yoga classes. We also offer one-off activities such as visiting the 27 waterfalls, white water rafting, horseback riding, stand Up paddle tours, massages and more, all of which you can schedule with us upon arrival.

Due to the active, modern community who frequents Cabarete, the town is full of healthy eating options, ecological businesses and sustainable tourism. Cabarete is home to a lively international community that supports local development through private business operations and NGO’s. The center of Cabarete is full of international restaurants, bars, live music venues and much more. Retreat space is limited. We can only accept 15 people per week, and spaces tend to fill up quickly. Email [email protected] to register your space!

A 50% deposit is required to hold your space. Please reserve your space by sending us an email through this site. We will provide you with the bank information where you can make a deposit – or PayPal. Please send your deposit confirmation ASAP after your reservation is made. With a deposit confirmation, we can hold your space for up to five days, however after that we cannot hold the reservation if we have not received the funds.

Deposits are Non-Refundable but are Transferrable.

The remainder of your payment must be made within three weeks of your travel. Please inform us of any add ons you would like (such as room upgrades or taxi services) before we complete the payment of your trip.
