The Kite Lounge

The Kite Lounge is the kiteboarding center at the eXtreme Hotel. It is a fun, chill place offering kiteboarding lessons, gear rental, sales and is a wealth of information on kiteboarding in Cabarete.

All instructors are IKO certified and they are not only competent, but each and every instructor is extremely passionate about the sport and their passion is infectious!  Lessons include extra supervision time after your lesson so that what you’ve learned is reinforced.  It is a fantastic formula that has helped create many successful kiteboarders, and you could be next!   The Kite Lounge manager, Richard, has been running kiteboarding schools in Cabarete for over 9 years and is the longest serving Dominican kiteboarding instructor in Cabarete.  What does all of this translate into?  A fun, safe experience learning how to kiteboard.
