The Extreme Hotel, on the shores of Cabarete, is proud to present MiGYM, a new fitness center complete with the latest fitness machines, a wide variety of classes, as well as individual training.

Stay fit with a full range of exercise equipment including free weights, presses, benches and much more. For cardio, we offer contact heart rate elliptical cross trainers with numerous programs. And in keeping with Extreme Hotel’s new green philosophy, these machines generate their own energy, requiring no outside electrical source. Where else will you find Real Ryders, the first significant innovation in indoor cycling in almost 20 years, offering a 3D ride that targets both core and legs – allowing the bike to move like the real thing?
We haven’t forgotten about the kids! MiGYM offers Body Cycle Champ which allows children to participate in select group cycling programs including freewheel and safety mechanisms. We also offer open gym and numerous group programs from cycling and yoga to Ab ripper, plyometrics, body pump and much more. You can even purchase your favorite gym items right here like yoga mats, fitness mats, heart rate monitors, t-shirts, towels and more. Free parking allows our members and guests to conveniently park in a safe and secure environment.
