Check out the latest forecasts for wind in Cabarete, Dominican Rebublic.  The prevailing wind is out of the North East, and if it’s a hot sunny day that you can typically expect a 5 K thermal boost in addition to what these models predict.  Often the weather reports are wrong, because Cabarete is in it’s own little micro climate- El Choco in behind, the lagoons and the mountains make predicting the weather fairly tricky.
