Air Canada and Air Turks and Caicos from Puerto Plata

Some more information on getting to Cabarete and Puerto Plata from the East coast of Canada.

Air Canada has re launched it’s direct flight service from Halifax to Puerto Plata, so now you have 3 flights a week from Canada to Puerto Plata – Toronto, Montreal and Halifax. For more information and schedules, check out Air Canada’s website

Another cool option to fly to Cabarete if you’re not in a rush.  Air Canada and other airlines fly into Provincials in the  Turks and Caicos, which is only a 30 min flight away from Puerto Plata, and a great deal at $130 including taxes.   You can take the long road home and come to visit us from there on the long route.  Check out Air Turks and Caicos .  Maybe one day there will be a sailboat ferry from the Turks and Caicos to Cabarete ..
